I was full of tears of gratitude, that you are in my life, that I am working with you, and knowing that you are supporting me back fully to myself; which is working like a charm.

Personally, after investing so much in personal development over the last twenty years, you have brought me back to myself more than anyone I have ever worked with. You have helped me literally let go of built up childhood trauma in my cells, and from my teens, and from my breakdown in my late teens/ early twenties, which took me all over of my twenties to recover from.

You have helped me let go of so conscious and unconscious shame about money, about men, about finding it far too hard than I care to admit to fit in, and find value in myself and my life. You have helped me to see that everything that I have been through, has powerfully got me where to I am today, and find value in that.

For example: it wasn't until I came to see you, that I realised that I was still holding so much shame.

For example: holding onto shame about being so slow to learn, and for taking so long to complete my degree in Peace Studies; as during the middle of it, I had a nervous breakdown, which you shared was likely PTSD from my parents traumatic divorce and relationship so I had held shame around it taking me six years to complete my degree was was so slow. You reflected back to me that I had stored this trauma and shame within my cells for many mistakes which I had been unconsciously beating myself up for.

Yes I could have got where I am today, after only five sessions with you on my own, so 'theoretically I don't need you.. But, I know it would have taken me so much longer, would have been far less fun, and for me it's such a joy and an inspiration to work with someone who literally walks her talk, and is a living modern day shaman., and I know we've only just begun x

I recently had the opportunity to take part in Sarah’s Expand Your Energy, Expand Your Impact Program and I have to say that it has had a substantial impact on myself and my progress. I love to keep moving forward and healing and releasing things I don’t need, but there was something I just couldn’t let go of. In all of the modules we took journeys deep inside and experienced different aspects of ourself that needed our attention. It was really exciting to get to hear what it was that those aspects needed and how we could very simply supply that. In one of the modules in particular we took a journey to connect with our shadows. This was truly eye opening fro me and transformative. I have down shadow work before, but this time I was given even deeper information and I was able to relate what I heard to my past. I did more work outside of the journey with Sarah’s input and guidance and was able to allow that shadow to stop getting in the way of me moving forward.Once I did this things began to really open up for me and so much understanding and healing came in for my personal life and my purpose. I like to move fast and this course allowed me tomove army own speed and go as deep as I was willing to go. In the program I had several guides change over and two new programs launch! That is a lot of growth!If you know that there is something holding you back but you aren’t sure what, then I highly encourage you to take this and really allow yourself the growth you need. It will create change!

I wanted to be of service to my soul clients in business. To do that I needed to work on myself on a deeper level. Sarah literally showed up, and I knew she was my teacher within the first 5 minutes of talking to her for the first time. My energy, vibration, language and business shifted instantly. I now have understanding on where I gave my personal power away. I now know how to take it back, I know how to manage and protect my own energy and also how to effectively read my client’s. My business has uplevelled, attracting and working with new Soul clients, which has been so fulfilling. I feel happier and on a high and I understand my emotions when I am not. Because of this awareness I am also a better mom, wife and friend. What I love most about Sarah is she walks her talk. She leads by example. My 12 week program experience with Sarah was nothing short of incredible.

I found myself looking forward to our sessions and thoroughly enjoyed the meditations. I had so much information come through- more than I ever expected or hoped for. My results were profound in the sense of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I also was able to delve into my spiritual side on a much deeper level and learn so much about the Universe and ultimately, myself. I came to Sarah with some heavy burdens around physical (chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain) and emotional trauma. I have to share with you that I have had a session with Sarah Ann Negus and it was nothing short of amazing. I knew I was searching but didn’t know what I was searching for. I knew something was missing or lost. What I didn’t know was that I was truly searching for ME, and ready to come home to myself. It was physical pain that was a first wake up call, but I knew the real issues were energetic. What I didn’t know was where to begin, or how to understand any of the changes I wanted to make moving forward.

I now understand that EVERYTHING is energy, and that “there is only me!” I am what I have been looking for all along. I understand the depth that my energetic processes affect all the areas of my life, and that in order for true change to occur, I must dive deeper into my own soul. In doing so, I found that everything I ever needed was already there; I just needed to be shown the way in!

The individual sessions really worked for me. I felt able to be completely honest and vulnerable with you, especially in ways I haven’t been able to before with other teachers and mentors. I think this is because I did not feel judged by you or pitied, or looked down upon. You never placed yourself in the role of being a guru or authority figure. You are an expert facilitator and mentor in the ways that you knew just how much to challenge me, while always keeping me safe. I believe you saw my true soul and reflected this back to me so I could see the same. You held a safe container but never forced, or manipulated for your own personal agendas. Sure there were times I craved validation from you, and somehow you always kept my highest good at the forefront and knew when to encourage and when to allow space for me to figure things out on my own. I believe this created the greatest opportunity I have ever had for growth and true revelations.

I am more ME than I ever thought possible. I am able to see myself and embrace new visions and ideas. I am facilitating energy in ways I would have told you I never could, and find I am full of presence and spaciousness for others and myself. I am confident in my connection to all things and see the mysteries of the universe with both awe and reverence. There is more than I could ever imagine and yet we are all one!

Working with Sarah is the greatest gift I have ever given myself. It has been the true gift of homecoming, to ME! Her spiritual teachings are vast and permeated all areas of my life.
