DAY ONE

Today we are connecting to your midline, bringing energy and physical together.

DAY TWO

How are you feeling today? I am excited to share the next channelled meditation with you. Today the theme is Earth connection and Chakras. I loved how this meditation came through, it is a different way of bringing alignment and grounding to you.

DAY THREE

Today we are going to address the feelings of lack. They are base chakra issues and can bring restrictions and feelings around abundance and finances. Look after yourself through this process, remember to drink plenty of water, get outside in nature, take Epsom salt baths before bed and move your body.

DAY FOUR

Things are moving forward, this gorgeous meditation looks at your own feelings of self-worth and how they restrict and relate to abundance and finances,  deepening our intention of yesterday's meditation.  Today we'll look at your sacral chakra and your heart chakra.

DAY FIVE

Today we are looking at creativity and expression. Your throat chakra. Get ready for this one and make sure you have plenty of water and time to ground. 

If you experience a tight neck or shoulders here don't worry its normal and will pass as the energy integrates.

DAY SIX

We are opening up your insight, so solar plexus and third eye activation. Keep your journal near to record how you feel, a headache is normal as your Third Eye is opened, it will pass, to help it along drink lots of water. 

DAY SEVEN

Today we are going to hook you up to the Universal Flow. This is a wonderful feeling that leaves you super aware, it is a good idea to follow this up for 14 more days, asking your guides and angels to put you back into the Flow every morning... it is easy for us to trip out of it as we get back to our 'day to day'. 

It is important today to get outside in nature to ground this feeling. Enjoy it.
